My opinions about basic income

       
















        What is basic income ?Well...I would say that basic income is a good system.Every adult can get some money which is enough for people to  sustain their life.And best of all,people do not have to take a means test before getting the money from the government!
        I believe basic income will make some positive changes to our society.And I'm going to list three of them.First,no one.will starve to die any more !Because everybody is able to have some money to buy food.Second,we can enjoy our life more and don't have to worry about money all day.Third,this system may help increase the birth rate.Once a pouple have basic income,they might be more willing to have children.Because they know they will have money to raise their kids.
        When talking about basic income,people begin to worry that if our goverment has the ability to afford the syatem.Well...I think the answer is yes.Think about that,our government has money to develpoe nuclear weapons,dig the roads or do some unnecessary things.How couldn't the government afford basic income ?If we use the money efficiently,supporting the system of basic income won't be a problem.

        What is basic income ?It is a system that the government give every adult some money,not very much,but at least enough for sustaining people's daily life.
         I think this system is great,and maybe it will be a chance to change our life.Because once people have basic income,they do not have to work so hard,they can have more time to do what they want(maybe something more meaningful than working).And if someone wants more money ,he/she can choose to find more jobs.See the point ?The system of basic income give the right of choosing back to people.People choose to work rather than forced to work.It is the most different.
       Some will say that our government do not have so much money to put basic income into practice.But in my book,it's not a problem,our government have the ability to develope nuclear weapons,buying more jets ,and so on.I think it shows that the money is sufficient to support basic income.

My Opinion About Wealth Inequality and Human Rights

   

     Wealth inequality and human rights seem to be different global issues.However,we usually discuss the two topics together.Why?Because wealth inequality can leads to the violation of human rights.
   
     We all know that in nowadays society,some people are rich while some people are very poor.The rich people can do anything that they want to do.Also,,they can afford lots of things such as houses,lands,cars,or even private army.However,those poor people may have to work very hard only to sustain their life.This is wealth inequality─some one can live comfortably and have everything,but some people's life are really hard.
   
     Because of money,the rich people may control a lot of resources,including oil ,water,food.But these things are very important for our daily life.So we're controlled.Because we need these things,we have to give the rich people money or work for them.However,it's not necessary that the rich treat the workers well.And this will cause the violation of the poor's human right.
   
     Both wealth inequality and human rights are important issues that everyone should care.To change the situation,I think that we can start from letting more and more people know what human rights are and reducing the inequality of money.
